How Thurston Septic Guide Works
A plain-language look at what happens when you call or fill out the form, how we make money, who runs this site, and why we're a referral service, not a septic company.

The Three Steps
Free, from the first call to the moment a provider gives you a price.
-
1. You reach out.
Call the number on this page, or fill out the short form on the home page. Tell us what's going on — a backup, an alarm going off, a failed drainfield, or routine pumping. Either way takes a couple minutes.
-
2. We route your request to a local provider.
We don't have trucks, pump equipment, or repair crews of our own. We match your request to an independent septic service that works in Thurston, Mason, or Lewis County, and we pass your information to them.
-
3. The provider calls you back and quotes the job.
They assess the problem, in person or over the phone, and give you a price. You decide whether to hire them. Saying no costs you nothing.
How We Make Money
Local septic providers pay us a fee when we connect them with a new customer request. Some pay a flat fee per call. Some pay a small monthly amount for the requests we send. Either way, that fee comes out of the provider's side, not yours.
It doesn't change what you're quoted. The price a provider gives you is set by them, the same way it would be if you'd found their number on a truck or in the phone book. We don't mark it up, and we don't see it before you do.
The short version: free to you, paid by the provider, no markup.
We're a Referral Service, Not a Contractor
Thurston Septic Guide does not pump tanks or repair drainfields. We don't own a pump truck, a septic camera, or excavation equipment. Nobody on our end shows up at your property.
When you call or submit the form, we route your request to an independent local septic service — a separate company that owns its own equipment, employs its own crew, carries its own insurance, and sets its own price. That company does the work. We just make the introduction.
We do basic screening on the local providers we work with — an active Washington business presence, responsiveness, and a real local service area. But the provider, not us, is responsible for the job itself: the estimate, the work performed, and any warranty on it.
Who Runs This Site
Thurston Septic Guide is a trade name operated by NW OpsBridge Automations, a sole proprietorship based in Washington state. It's not an LLC and not a separate company. It's one business operating a small number of local referral sites, each built around a specific service and county area.
NW OpsBridge Automations is the legal operator named in the footer of every page on this site.
About the Recording Notice
Calls placed through the phone numbers on this site may be recorded for quality assurance, and to confirm we're actually delivering real customer requests to our local partners. You'll hear a short notice before any call is recorded — that notice is part of the recording itself, not a separate disclaimer buried somewhere else.
If you'd rather not be recorded, the callback form on the home page is a non-recorded way to reach us.
